Order Business Credit Reports

Get the Full Picture: Order Your Business Credit Reports

What Lenders See Can Make or Break Your Business.

Did you know that your business credit reports are public? Unlike your personal credit, anyone—from a curious competitor to a potential landlord or a major bank—can purchase and view your company’s financial history without your knowledge.

If you aren’t looking at your reports regularly, you are flying blind. At The Debt and Credit Guys, we make it easy to obtain, analyze, and understand the data that defines your company’s reputation. Don’t wait for a loan denial to find out what’s on your report.

The "Big Three" and Beyond

Business credit data is fragmented. A vendor might report your perfect payment history to Experian, but not to Dun & Bradstreet. This is why ordering just one report isn’t enough. We provide a streamlined way to access and interpret the most critical reports in the industry:

  • Dun & Bradstreet (D&B): Home of the PAYDEX score. This is the “Gold Standard” for many vendors and government contractors.

  • Experian Business: Known for the Intelliscore, used frequently by big banks and credit card issuers to determine your “risk” level.

  • Equifax Business: Often used by smaller banks and community lenders; it provides a deep look at your financial accounts and public records.

Why Order Through Us?

Most platforms just give you a PDF and walk away. The Debt and Credit Guys take it a step further. When you order your reports through our service, we provide:

  1. Direct Bureau Access: We help you navigate the confusing portals of the major bureaus to get the exact data you need.

  2. Expert Interpretation: We tell you exactly what your scores mean and identify the “red flags” that are likely to cause a denial.

  3. Strategic Recommendations: Once we see the data, we provide a roadmap on how to fix errors or build up thin profiles.

FAQ (Frequently Asked Questions)

Why are there so many different business credit reports?

Unlike personal credit, where the “Big Three” share a similar model, business bureaus act independently. Some lenders only report to one bureau. If you only check D&B but your lender checks Experian, you could be in for a surprise. We recommend seeing all three to get the full picture.

Yes. If your business doesn’t have a Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number yet, you may not have a report to order. We can help you check your status and get one registered.

No. Checking your own business credit is considered a “soft pull” and has zero impact on your score. In fact, checking it regularly is considered a “best practice” by financial experts.

We recommend a full review at least once a quarter, or 60 days before applying for any major financing, to ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.

This usually happens because your current vendors don’t report to the bureaus. We can help you identify which tradelines will actually report your positive history so you can start building a score from scratch.
